Terms of Use
Plain terms for a simple app. The app helps you find real openings near you and meet the people behind them. It does not apply for you and it makes no promise about how a conversation ends.

The service
HelloMyNameIs shows job seekers openings and “open doors” near them, and lets companies say when they are available to meet. Public job openings come from public job banks and are shown as we receive them. We are not a recruitment agency, an employer, or a party to any agreement you make with a company.
Your account
You can browse without an account. To contact a company, be visible to companies, or use the app as an employer, you need one. Keep your sign-in method secure; you are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 15 years old.
What you agree not to do
- Pretend to be someone else, or a company you do not represent.
- Post openings that do not exist, or set an “open door” when nobody is there.
- Use the app to harass, discriminate against or spam anyone.
- Scrape, copy or resell data from the app, or interfere with how it runs.
We can suspend or remove accounts that break these rules, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
Companies
If you use the app as an employer, you confirm you are authorised to act for the company, that openings you post are real, and that you will treat people who walk in with the same respect and legal obligations as any other applicant.
Content and ownership
The app, its design and its name belong to HelloMyNameIs. What you write in it stays yours; you give us the right to show it to the people you send it to, which is the whole point.
No guarantees
We do our best to keep openings accurate and the app available, but we cannot guarantee that a listed job is still open, that a person is still in, or that a visit leads anywhere. The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you have paid us in the last 12 months, which today is nothing.
Privacy
How we treat your data is described in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.
Ending things
You can delete your account at any time from inside the app or via the delete account page. We may stop providing the service with reasonable notice.
Law and changes
Danish law applies, without limiting rights you have as a consumer where you live. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app before the change takes effect.
